Geaven is a place
A place where nothing
Nothing ever happens (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDdRI18ASYA).

"Flying quickly, she raced just above the ground towards the Meadow of Peace. Where was that stallion when you needed him? Surely he wasn't still up in the moutains. That was hours ago when she had left him.

The small grey bat flew on, doging branches and limps that stuck out to hit her. She had to find her, knowing that soon it would be to late. A dark thought crossed her mind though. Would he trust her? Would Gaeva trust her again once she found out what had happened during the late summer months?

She didn't want to think about it. Soon, she came to the meadow. "GEAVEN!" she cried out, looking around for her. But she needed to rest a moment. Just one moment. She landed on a branch at the very edge of the meadow and wraped her wings around her little body. Geaven, where are you?"

I mean do all the dogs go to Geaven, though,
Even when they're bad?
Even when they chew the toilet roll?
Even when they poo on Mom's best tea towel?

Do All the Dogs get to go to G-Ven?

there are no "bad dogs"
bad dogs are the product of bad humans
dogs are inherently good,
bad is a learned behaviour for them
ipso facto

But you can let a thread called "rzm61 is a nazi" exist without comment. O.K. Pretty sexist & racist act if you ask me. rzm is allowed to have his handle be a nazi badge symbol and he calls me SS everytime he says my name. I can't find the thread yet, but I remember thinking...rmw - why not PM me and give me your thoughts, or comment my post with a complaint instead. I read the thread after it was too late and they had already infracted me and banzhammer'd the characters so that you cannot go into the threads via name.

Well, many people react to art and books with distaste and I have to be comfortable being a subversive artist, like others in my field. I just wanted to make sure that the threads to my body of work were not lost in the back somewhere. A better piece of work about Hitler that pokes fun (and yet anytime you use a persons name, it does point to them)...would be the work of Ben Weissman (Jewish) about Adolf in his book Headless (http://www.believermag.com/issues/200503/?read=interview_weissman).

I think a better way to react would be to retaliate creatively in the threads themselves, instead of ruining a person's work. That's just mere childishness. I did understand it to be a response to the work and therefore is of course valid, but, since it was destructive to the integrity of the work itself and not helpful, you could've rather staged a character revolt a uprising of sorts of the allied forces and "shot" him theoretically in the thread, by "killing" him with a lethal weapon or joke...you know "to kill" means to kill 'em dead with laughter in comedic terms.

That I would have gone with and laughed alongside of and thought much more clever, like the PD revolution & reformation was right smart! The reason, sciky, that I say what happened to my threads was "not smart" is because you insult and harm the work that is being done here without realizing that what we are doing is in alignment with something that you maybe in agreement with actually, which is that that lesson in history should not be repeated, obviously, but that there are also other groups out there who were involved in their own genocide (christians, native americans, bosnians, darfurians...) and since I have tried so hard this past few years to be on the side of African Americans, hence -- THE OBAMA nomination and subsequent WIN, I thought that you would rather see it as "ally" rather than "foe" by now.

Irony, ok, also, taking a character that you normally are not like (as in my Forest character on facebook who is a republican fundie) and using it creatively to come to terms with something inside yourself about this "part of you."

We are all racist. We are all sexist. We are all victims, heroes, slaves, masters, teachers and students.

* It's like saying that because I'm not a black hoodrat, that I cannot speak Eubonics or say the word Nigga, and that you can only do this if you are one those things. Like you can only "own" a cultural stereotype if you happen to be of that particular type. Why? Why can't I say Hitler, just as a Jew, or homosexual would. That would be okay, but mine wouldn't be ok? Well, I say that's total bullshit. You just have to know where I'm coming from, based on previous knowledge of me and my work.

If you don't know by now, I ain't gonna tell you, but since O won...I feel victorious in the long run.

I've yet to see anything 'artistic' about your posts or multiple accounts. That just may be me and the reality I'm living in though.

The work is through appropriation of "outsider art" meaning to post on a thread as an artist and to participate and have there be a beginning-middle-end to a piece, meaning the "Then Google is 7" art movement, thereby elevating the consciousness and raising awareness of it's being here.

If you have someone like myself posting on a space and calling it something else, then it becomes that by virtue of my "signature" and having it become higher that what it was before.

Check out the work of someone like Duchamp.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchamp

I will write on this piece after I am done with all the movements, and it will hold together as a body of work about the 2nd Coming (a spoof.) Just because you do not understand it yet, doesn't mean it doesn't have value as art to myself and to others who are schooled in contemporary art. If I say it's art, it is.

Also, if you're in agreement with this, I'd like to give a few credits where credits are due. Meaning that I'd like to let the other "more famous than thou" artists and parody writers in on what we did here and further the integrity of the piece by having them post or reference it as our work that we did together over a period of months in 2008.

If I can be allowed to go ahead and introduce some of the characters here to our "art team" that may be lurking or posting here and now on facebook as well with me for the next "Coming," then that might apease the savage beast within who dare to fight my authority...and superiority, of course, on the subject of Pop Art, Dada, and Conceptual Art.

Would you care to allow me to write some blurbs about the main players here and what they've contributed so far to the piece? Or, you can submit your own intro to me instead. Which?

*Remember, this was the Anti-Christ period of MMVIII, and therefore I found it apt to be here.

The work is through appropriation of "outsider art" meaning to post on a thread as an artist and to participate and have there be a beginning-middle-end to a piece, meaning the "Then Google is 7" art movement, thereby elevating the consciousness and raising awareness of it's being here.

The only awareness that you have raised about this 'Google 7' crap is that. It's just something you keep talking about, I don't think anyone has any fucking clue what it actually is, cause if anything Google isn't 7 it's 42.

If I say it's art, it is.

Simply put, not everything is art. You can try to claim it so, and others might agree but good chance it's not really art.

Example, a pile of dog shit with a minature tropical cocktail/drink umbrella sticking out of it is not art...but I bet you someone will try to claim it as art. :icon_rolleyes:

I'm sane.

Ah, you would like me then, to place some of this elsewhere. Remember me saying this before and we got into a discussion of the logistics of that. Well, ok then. Where shall we place portions of it? That is a good question.

Is not the internet a valid forum for art, just as a gallery is? Does it have to be accepted by a curator or a real life book artist or magazine then? I call bullshit, I think art can be anywhere it wants to be not just museums and galleries. But, let's appropriate it further and place some of the threads elsewhere if you choose it.

The internet isn't art.
A gallery isn't art. It's what's inside the gallery that is art.

However the arcitecture of said gallery could be art.
But like I said not everythig is art, cause it's too easy to claim garbage as art. For example watch the episode of The Simpsons where Homer becomes an 'artist.' Good episode, and it shows you how pathetic the art community can be.

I'm part of a community that is constantly redefining the question of What is Art? So, you dare to challenge us, then? I disagree, I'd rather see you as an integral aspect of this piece and have made many contributions which, when placed into the correct context could definitely be seen by the majority to constitute art.

Here's more terms and such to help define our piece further:

Outsider Art (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outsider_Art) has emerged as a successful art marketing category (an annual Outsider Art Fair has taken place in New York since 1992). The term is sometimes misapplied as a catch-all marketing label for art created by people outside the "art world" mainstream, regardless of their circumstances or the content of their work.Naïve Art (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Na%C3%AFve_Art): Another grey area. Untrained artists who aspire to "normal" artistic status, i.e. they have a much more conscious interaction with the mainstream art world than do Outsider Artists.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appropriation_(art (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appropriation_%28art))

Don't you like punk? Dada art is like the punk rock of art.

I'm not talking about pretty pictures here, just pure, raw, new forms of art.

Now don't get me wrong. I have nothing buy support art more or less in all forms. However I don't support people taking absolute garbage and calling it art. In todays world and culture art keeps being pushed because for the most part a lot of it has been done, but with the introduction of technology it has made the process of creating art a lot easier, especially when it comes to digital media.

But great example of 'art' that is a joke.

A scenester myspace bitch who has an infamous angle shot with the contrast and hue tweaked and then having certain colors like red on her lips stand out more isn't art. It's you learning how to use some basic features in photoshop.

Now go pay a couple grand for art classes and learn what art actually is.
(That last bit wasn't directed at you SS, it was directed at the hypotetical fictional breed of a myspace scenester bitch who does actually exist.)

Hi Megan
I wouldn't worry too much.
Lil Kylie and most of the others on this site think that smilies that jac off are art.
It's just the intelligence level here, read: teenage level male mentality.

Enough on that. I just stopped by to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
It doesn't matter if you believe in Santa or not.
I do, it's the thought that counts.

Take care

Thanks, Paris! I knew you wouldn't take it all so seriously. Princess of Hollywood parody marketing that you are and a walking sculpture to most sane people!

I wish you a Joyous Holiday Season & Happy New Year!
I <3 Santa, he's so closely related to Satan! :icon_evil:

Good luck with all your business ventures in 2009, and stop in to see where I'm posting and say "Hello", m'kay?
