"...That sav’d a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see."
I found that using Google.
Hi, I'm psychidus.
I've decided that I'm gonna admit my sins now.
I used...
to hate...
...Google.
My Google, I'm sorry!
It started like this.
When I set up my first e-mail account, back in 2001, Gmail didn't exist yet. I knew (at least) that I wasn't gonna set a (Google forbid) MSN account, so I settled on Yahoo! I had that account for 4 years.
When Google started to get big, I took the side of Yahoo! Even now, writing this pains me. I figured, Yahoo!'s main page was nice and cheerful, with lots of graphics, while Google's was boring and dull. Then when Gmail entered my field of view, I rejected that too, for a while. Then the spammer world found my Yahoo! account. I went under.
I started to explore Google and Her wonderful Apps. I became enlightened. I was saved.
Today, I have a Gmail account, and I am an avid user of all Google programs. I have petitioned to become and official Google Labs tester, and have even submitted numerous job resumes.
Thank you, Google. I am saved.
