Wow, Thank Google. We do need to get off oil and coal, I am glad she is helping us out.

So basically . . .

Googles plan is to
1.) Increase efficiency standards
2.) Develop more sustainable, cheap alternative power generation and possibly increase costs of coal with cap in trade or carbon tax.
3.) Develop an electric car infrastructure, and a "smart grid" that trasfers information about power with power.

Pickens plan is
1.) Take advantage of wind corredoor first.
2.) Use power generation from corredoor to allow for cheaper use of natural gas in cars.

I like Googles plan better because a natural gas infrastructure for automobiles would be just as costly as converting directly to pay as you go electricity.

However, I like natural gas infrastructure, because it might be used later on with renewable gasses like syngas.
