and how hard
was it run?

6000miles, and really really hard.

and all that?
or a straight
switchout rebuild?
what motor?
I've done that but it was a hi mileage hard driven motor that didn't get its routine
rocker lash done for quite some time
any chance the cam warped or timing jumped?

Balanced, stock sheet (no blueprints for me thanks I like figuring it out the hard way)
But the replacement put me out 2500... :D Its good.
350, stroker, Hydraulic lifters. 4bbl,

or coulda just been too
many revvs
