Alright, I`m gonna go fangirl here for a while (savor it, folks, it`s a rare thing to happen), and just go "YAAAAAA!" at this beauty:
http://lackadaisy.foxprints.com/
I loved everything about it.
_____________________________________________________________
But since I`m a cold-hearted practical be-otch, I`m gonna use this thread to let everyone post their favorite webcomics as well. Post away, people. ^_^
P.S. On a side note, this is my 2048 post, by which, I transcend into Scions of Google. ^_^ Yay, go me. (That`s sarcasm, folks. For real.)

ORDER OF THE STICK
But that could be because I'm a D&D nerd.
From the beginning. (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0001.html)
Alice, I think you would really get a kick out of Belkar. Attached is one of his shining moments.
I'm generally a big fan of Penny Arcade though lately they've been all over the PS3 so ehn. But John Gabriel's Greater Internet Fuckwad Theory (http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2004/03/19) is one of the most amazing things ever.

CTRL+ALT+DEL has always been my favorite webcomic. Here (http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/comic.php?d=20021023)'s a link to it from the beginning, I've read every comic. Also, there's a pretty new web comic called The Athiest, the Agnostic, and the Asshole (http://www.squidi.net/comic/tales/view.php?ep=3&id=1)

I read Order of the stick, but I find it`s art value to be... Below room temperature, honestly. I could scribble something with same results.
As for Ctrl-Alt-Del - not my thing. I got tired of it pretty quick.

That's what's so great about OOTS.
As for CAD, it used to be really really good, but it's greatly degenerated lately.
I recommend www.xkcd.com for nerdly pleasure.

I like art, not pretentious scribbles.

The other stuff by the guy that does OotS is really good in terms of art. The Erfworld series or whatever. Little too melodramatic for my tastes, though, so I didn't read more than the first few strips.

I prefer artists, who can pull off both art and story in the same time.
I dunno, some of you might like Better Days, but it went sour after tenth chapter, much like Harry Potter - after third book.

If you're open-minded, I highly recommend Sexy Losers (http://www.sexylosers.com). Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in close on a year, but a browse through the archives is always good for a lot of laughs.

Read it. Also, Ghastly Comics (which ceased to update too), if you like that sort of things.

VG Cats can be really, fantastically good, or just mediocre. I do consistently love the art, though.

I like 8-bit theater (http://www.nuklearpower.com/latest.php) my self. Sprite comic goodness. If you read it from the start it might take a while thought with 829 comics and counting.

The beginning is A+. I find the later strips not as good, though from what I understand, Brian's working on a book now, so that's understandable.
Oh man, I sound like a total winesnob, except about webcomics.

I also like vreakerz (http://www.vreakerz.com/comic/comic.php?comicNr=1) The early ones aren't to pretty but the later ones are better.
Fallen Hero

The art work is intentionally done that way. The gimmick of Order of the Stick is that they are stick people. I read it for the comments he makes, the blatant Meta-gaming jokes and the wit (plus I'm also a total DnD nerd...)
Crtl+Alt+Del is also awesome,
Penny Arcade was also mentioned#
I also read questionablecontent(.net) it is really funny, but you need to start at the beginning to understand the story.

....Once again, for the record. I do NOT like stick-figure style. That`s it.
For ME, webcomic should have art as well as jokes, and I like webcomics with good art. Questionable Content is a good example of such, for once. Or, Better Days (which story I don`t particularly like in spots, but the art is great).
Fallen Hero
April 25th, 2007, 09:15 PM
OOTS is intentionally done in stick-figure style. Not everyone loves it, but it is actually well done.

This is totally off topic, but if you love DnD, have you played Fallout? I'm not much of a gamer by any means, but I started playing Fallout when I was like 13 years old and I'm 22 now. I have not stopped playing it. At least once a year. That game is amazingly well done. Old or not, it never gets boring. AND Fallout 3 is coming out this year. :)
Kudos,
Matt

Uh. Matt, we have gaming thread, y`know. ^_^
As for Fallout, well, I`ve played it through and through.
Even hex-edited second one to get that cursed Holy Hand Grenade into possible special encounters.

Wow. Yeah I think there was a crack created for that. I'm not sure. I'm a total dork when it comes to that game. I just love it, which is odd for me because I never play video games. I have the original Fallout 1 and 2 box's with manuals and everything. Both perfect condition.
Soon as Fallout 3 comes out, i'll for sure be playing it.
Kudos,
Matt

Nope. I read a bit of it, but I wasn't impressed. Then again, I didn't much care for Half Life and never played HL2, so that probably doesn't help.

I love www.irregularwebcomic.net (http://www.irregularwebcomic.net) It's smart, funny and a little bit surreal. Weirdly, it is actually the most regular comic on the web, with an update every day for the past 3 years. Which is either an oxymoron or a paradox. Or both. An Oxydox. A Paramoron. Oh wait, a Paramoron is the kind of guy who believes in the paranormal.

I'm glad that they didn't keep Winslow in the robot boyfriend. Too creepy. Terminator!
One of my favorite comics is when Pintsize and Winslow are alone, and they talk about how robots are planning humans' downfall.
All very Dresden Codak (http://dresdencodak.com/cartoons/dc_032.htm).

Just watching the artistic talent and story lines improve. :D

Chihuahuas were originally bred by the Aztec's for human consumption. Thats why they're small and hairless, bitesize and no annoying hairballs ^^.
One of my favourite activities is telling Chihuahua owners that fun fact. It never fails to amuse. Me.
