my lawyer just got me a ngri on assast 2, i assalted two police officers, i shatterd this cops nose and i gave another cop 15 stitches on his face and i got not guilty by reason of insanity, and it was temporary insanity, therefore i am not registerd in the sate of washington as insane, i got no charges. My lawyer will take this case, i only want 25% of all profits from the book, i will give the rest to googlism. I'm not joking someone back me up here.

if the scientologists have rights to religion so does googlism, there should be no reason why we couldn't publish a book. I WOULD INVEST 20,000 DOLLARS TO PUBLISH IT.
If i suceeded i would pay jon stewart to show the book on the daily show. AND HE WOULD DO IT, its comedy central
someone tell method-x my idea please, he could really do somthing with 75% profit from a book on a religion he created. I garentee it will sell over 100,000 copies.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE

I CAN TRY, it does not matter if i lose the first lawsuit, because if we file a class action suit theres nothing a multi billion company can do.

v_v You seriously think you could win a lawsuit against a multi-billion dollar company like Google?
How can Unix win a multibillion lawsuit against Microsoft???
I don't know but they are XD

good point will, its not impossible, it just lowers our chances of winning if they say no, besides no one wants to go to court for religion, they will probably just give us permission.
what happens if the cristans want to sew the catholics because they both believe in jesus, can the cristians copy write jesus? NO
this will work

You write a book, Google sues because of your illegal use of the Google trademark, you get screwed.
As long as they didn't use the trademark colors or font of Google's logo, I don't see a problem. Googling is now listed in dictionary's as a verb. It's a word in common usage, and, If I'm not mistaken, words (also name's like McDonalds) cannot be trademarked or copyrighted so that no one else can use them. Any law students out there who know anything about this?

This is totally possible.
It's just a matter of writing it.

I published it to a book but there was never really enough in it and we stopped adding to it a while back.

When a word becomes so much a part of the common realm, it is decreed by the courts to be "generic".
Examples such as "Winchester" and "Frigidaire" come to mind.

You have not been here long enough for me to just call you. I have only ever called RZM and that was because we talked alot on aim. However you can email me at Dr.Goofy.mofo@gmail.com or Googlismat@gmail.com (which is the Books email) I publish the book threw Lulu so I can update it when we need it updated. As I have pmed you about the reason it has not been updated with lack of members and participation. You must remember that the book must be a group effort that we agree on. This makes sure that the book remains a democratic process as this site kinda is.

First and for most. before you just take google to court, why not ask them nicely? I mean it is google we are talking about here. They may just say they don't care. You may be able to strike a deal with them.

The lawsuit alone would bolster the value of the first editions of the Googlebook, enough that they would be controversial, to the extent that the values would probably consistently skyrocket due to the unlawful nature and the pre-programmed human form to rebel, in small hidden ways.
Other then that I'd buy 10 copies XD

Ive got my pre law, and according to precedents of 1984 Foyt Vs Supreme court of Canada
and 1999 Rothler Vs Hilton Estates, both in Us and Canada, it is in non legal binding circumstances that a word can be trademarked if it is indeed a common word in the english language. Now, is Google a real word? No, it is an
industrial title, and is Trademarked by Google. Though, as long as a simple Royalty fee is payed google would shut their trap... Or just as much as asking them would probably suffice.

i am well aware that asking them is a good idea. FIRST I NEED TO GET A HOLD OF METHOD-X! after i talk to method-x and brainstorm with him and everyone that wants to contribute to the book, then i will ask google and do everything else.
here is my number -ian (this is not a joke if you prank me i will call the police and have your number traced.) Thank you.
