i am going to buy one, do you guys think it will still have the same side effects as a normal cigarette?

Its a fake cigg that uses vapors and i guess its legal to smoke indoors and you can buy vapor cartridges with or without nicotine.

My friend alex bought one to help him quit, but now he's just gonna keep smoking vapors, and he says he can use it any where he wants.
