In my eyes the theories of googlism are in fact more valid, and have more peaceful a resolve compared to the Christianity or Catholicism, for the one fact that will always remain true about the good book is. More people have died in the name of the Good book than for any other reason in history. Entire cultures have been erased due to the belligerence of the Catholics, and don't let those Christians fool you. Jesus may have taught peace, but ignorance is the price to pay for this peace.

The "historical Jesus" (assuming he did exist) never taught peace and brotherhood the way the "biblical Jesus" did. "Historical Jesus" taught more of peace with other Israelites, and over the years, that message became one of universal peace and love. That idea in and of itself isn't such a bad thing, but when the message is "convert or burn," you kind of wonder how/if those issues are logically reconciled.

logically
when you run out of
people to convert
you kill those
who agree with you

That's why you have the disagreements (sometimes violent--I'm thinking N. Ireland) between the sects. A new kind of holy war.

People will always be dumb, throwing their lives away for the ideals and beliefs of a society we abandoned hundreds of years ago, because we couldn't accept the atrocities of these beliefs, Humanity will always disgust itself one way or another for the ideal of peace is fine and dandy but the real trick is obtaining and maintenance of that peace.

Our society may be evolving as a whole, but people just keep getting dumber and dumber with each passing day.... This saddens me greatly.

But if it wasn't that way, googlism would make no sense now, would it?

It's that although googlism is a parady of religion in a sense, it proves a point. Knowledge is something to seek after. Religions like Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are detrimental to society and humanity, and it also allows humor and fun, which are good. Thats why I take my time to be apart of googlism.
