I'm still working on writing the amazingly fantastic, take-your-breath-away story. It's actually one of the next things on my list of things to do. Should be here within a week or so.

How about I'll get you to look it over. It's kind of a short story in many ways.

BTW Googler, before I take off to work.... you wouldn't happen to have any experience with Newsletters would you? Or anyone for that matter. Next on the Church chopping block is a newsletter, but I'm having trouble finding quality information them.

Well depends you could do it some different ways. Like the cheap way where you just make a mailing group and send the letter. If you want to be more in-depth or fancy you'd do it somewhere else and code it in html. I'll look for some programs today and email you a list.

I'll be sure to include a Hall of Flame section.

Nice play on words. That would be a good section to put in there, also contest details should go in there.

What do you think of me putting a "donate" button next to the copyright notice? All money donated to the Church will be put toward prize money or a gift of some sort.

I do not think it is a good idea yet, people (non-ministers) will think you are just out to make money here.

I guess one good thing is you won't have to go back too far to write the history, and Googlism is evolving as we speak. We'll be able to write a living history. No waiting around for a hundred years, we'll write it as it happens.

Or we could wait two thousand years and let some Google fanatics scribble down some out-of-the-blue crazy stories about us...

Bah, that takes too long, I want to actually see the written version (I meant the not forum written one) before I die, besides, I do not expect humanity to last that long [/pessimism]

I know. Why don't we hire a fortune-teller to discover what people will be writing about us 2000 years from now and then we can report on it in the present. But wait- what we report now will be what happens in the future so we are only reporting about what we are going to report, which only comes from our reporting. o_O
Maybe we'd better just write it ourselves.
