What about getting some merchandise going on? Set up an online store to order CoG t shirts and stuff, i could work on design for the merch, and even the merch site (I am a Web site developer[almost have my certificate])

You've also got to watch out for other people using the same 'call letters'. For instance, it was recently pointed out to me that the Canadian Organic Growers also goes by the COG.
