Default Is it just Illinois?

Is it just Illinois, or are the Obama administration's HOLY EXTENDED Unemployment Packages complete and utter bullshit everywhere else too? I know at least 6 people who have been laid off this year. I know of only one person actually receiving benefits.

I myself never got a dime past three months, and at one time the local office had simultaneously concocted 5 separate illegitimate challenges toward my eligibility status. In fact, I'm working now, but I'm still fighting it out in bullshit hearings with the state, which decided retroactively to take back money paid to me before I even had surgery. In other words, I owe them. HA!

This is based upon the state's convenient assumption that I would not have been in great shape pre-surgery while injured, therefore was not able to work anywhere, aside from the written record of my ongoing interviews and job submissions. I was also working several part-time jobs throughout these periods which did not exceed my benefit amount, and therefore should not have caused a full denial of benefits. This whole process has been executed by means of deliberately ignoring evidence submitted by my Doctor at each and every hearing, other than the top court in Springfield, which tossed it back down to the lower hearing board again, because they "lacked sufficient evidence to make a determination".

Granted, I had extra issues because the injury and the surgery, but five other people I know are laid off without benefits right now... the one person I mentioned who is getting paid... he's the one not even looking for a job. If you head on down to the unemployment office in central IL, you'll find it packed to the door, and nary a soul getting a dime for his/her time.
